Wedding Calligraphy Bar Menus

Prepare yourselves....this is just the beginning of our new calligraphy items LOL.

Here for your viewing pleasure is a new bar menus featuring our new Bombshell Pro font. This matches our previously shown dinner menu. Love, love, love how these came out.

 The dinner menus are currently sized to a 5x7 size for easy placement on a table stand, or at each individual plate. The bar menu is currently sized for 8.5 x 11 for easy framing, but can easily be reformatted to a 5x7 size upon request.

Calligraphy Menus

We've had calligraphy on our minds for a long time now. We even considered taking a class to learn it. It's really beautiful, and just lends an elegant look to everything.

Being that we have no free time to take a class, we decided to splurge and invest on the next best thing: a special, hand drawn calligraphy font-two to be exact.

It's BEAUTIFUL!! It looks just like it was hand written. We even have the option of flourishes, and an "unbroken space" which lends the illusion of the pen never having left the paper. There's so much that we can't wait to make with these, and we're in the process of designing several items.

The first to be finished is a wedding menu card. The font used on this one is "Bombshell Pro" by Emily Lime.

As usual, we can customize the colors, etc. We can even pull the exact color from an invitation or dress photo if provided for an exact match!

 These are up and available in our Etsy store as of tonight! We're offering these in two options: a DIY printable version, and a printed version on either white or cream colored cardstock. Check them out here:

Thank You Wedding Place Cards

Hi everyone!

This week, we got around to updating our "Thank You" wedding place cards. These cards are great to leave on your guest's place settings to let them know just how much you love & appreciate them. These can also be modified for a different occasion as well.

Our previous ones have all been in 5x7 format, with a graphic on the top. These new ones have a much more modern feel to them I think, and are formatted for a chic square 5x5 size. They can be done in any background color-in fact, if you send us a convo or email with an attached picture, we can pull the exact color right from your photo for a perfect match!

Custom Wedding Welcome Cards

Hey everyone!

So it's been almost two weeks without a post. We got a brand spankin new laptop, and had to take some time off to migrate everything over to our new system. Now that we're up and running, we wanted to take a minute to share a quick post with you.

A few weeks ago, we made one of our super popular Wedding Weekend Itinerary invites for Jasmine & Paul for their destination wedding. (Side note: I'm kinda jealous that we can't go because their itinerary sounds AMAZING!). This was the itinerary invitation:

 

A few weeks later, we got a request for a matching "Welcome Letter" for their guests. We don't currently have anything in our store like that, so we started from scratch. Here's the result!

 The "Jas & Paul" in calligraphy at the top were done by Jasmine's sister-in-law, who sent us the file to incorporate into the layout. The plan originally was to incorporate the calligraphy into the original itinerary, but it was just too many different fonts, and we decided to skip it. I think that it fits in perfectly with the welcome letter though! Once we play around a bit with the top to replace the calligraphy,  I think that we'll put them up in the store!

Vintage Lace Part Deux

I said it last week-I knew that it wouldn't be long until we expanded this suite. The day after it hit the store, we got a custom request in for a matching advice card. Here it is!

I'll probably do a matching one in grey. They aren't up in the store yet, but should be sometime next week. Should we do a matching I Spy to complete the set?

Pretty in Peacock

Here's a quick posting of a custom request-a peacock invitation for a surprise birthday party for one of our friends. I had the hardest time finding clip art for this invite-there's a severe shortage of nice peacock clip art out there. Someone needs to rectify this ASAP because there's so much potential!

This isn't in our store yet because I'm not sure if I'm feeling it. We shall see-until next time!
